Prior to accepting the order the we will ensure that the customer is asked for their date of birth and decline the service to any person under 18 years of age.

Prior to accepting the order the we will ensure that the customer is asked to provide the name of the person accepting the delivery or collecting the delivery from the premises and stipulate that an acceptable form of photographic ID proving that they are 18 years of age or over will be required upon delivery/collection.

Acceptable form of ID being Passport, Photographic Drivers Licence and PASS Accredited Scheme.

The Licence Holder will ensure that the sale is declined, if the person making a phone order sounds under the influence of either drugs or alcohol.

The Licence Holder will ensure that the delivery/collection will be refused, if the recipient appears to be under the influence of either drugs or alcohol.

We will ensure that the person making the delivery or collection requires the recipient to provide their name and to produce an acceptable form of photographic ID proving that they are 18 years of age or over. The order will not be supplied if the recipient fails to provide suitable ID.

The Licence Holder will ensure that deliveries will not be made to public places such as parks, road sides or land marks. Delivery can only be made to a home or business address given at the time of the order.

The Licence Holder will ensure that the details of those persons that have been refused sale or delivery/collection will be recorded in a refusals book, which will include date, time, name of persons if known, delivery address and reason for refusal.

The Licence Holder will ensure that there is a notice displayed on any website or promotional literature stating that 'It is an offence for persons under 18 years old to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol'.

TheLicence Holder will ensure that there is a notice displayed on any website or promotional literature stating 'It is an offence for anyone to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol for someone under 18 years old'.

All of the above conditions to be incorporated into the terms and conditions of this website and promotional literature.

We will ensure that a closed circuit television (CCTV) system is installed at the premises, maintained in full working order and shall continually record at all times the premises licence authorises the premises to be open to the public.

The Licence Holder will ensure that viewable and un-edited copies of recordings from the CCTV system will be provided to Police no later than 24 hours after request.

The Licence Holder will ensure that all CCTV recordings will be kept for a minimum of 28 days.

The Licence Holder will ensure that prior to opening the premises to the public in accordance with the premises licence operating hours, the CCTV system will be checked to ensure that it is recording for a minimum of 28 days.

The Licence Holder will ensure that the CCTV cameras cover key and vulnerable parts of the premises including the entry and exit points to the premises.

The Licence Holder will ensure that a minimum of two (2) persons, namely the owner(s)/DPS and duty manager are fully trained to access and operate the CCTV system and download copies of any footage, upon request by Police Licensing Officer, Police Officers and , Police Community Support Officers. One of these persons will be at the premises at all times when the premises are open to the public.

The Licence Holder will ensure that the CCTV system is located in a safe and secure location where it is only accessible by premises management.

The Licence Holder will ensure that at least one personal licence holder is available on the licensed premises while the supply or sale of alcohol is being undertaken and will ensure that person’s identity is known to all other staff engaged in the supply or sale of alcohol.

The Licence Holder will ensure that a refusals log/book is maintained and kept at the premises at all times, whether electronically or hard copy.

The Licence Holder will ensure that the refusals log/book will be made available for inspection upon request by Police Licensing Officer, Police Officers and Police Community Support Officers.

The Licence Holder will ensure that an incident book is maintained and kept at the premises at all times.

The Licence Holder will ensure that the incident book will be made available for inspection upon request by Police Licensing Officer, Police Officers and Police Community Support Officers.

The Licence Holder will implement a 'Challenge 21' policy.

The Licence Holder will ensure signs are displayed at prominent locations in the premises highlighting the 'Challenge 21' policy.
